Who we are

Judibells ("Judibells", "we", "us") operates this online shop at judibells.com. If you need to reach us about your personal information, use our contact form and we will respond.

What we collect

We collect only the information we need to run the shop:

• Order details you provide at checkout: name, email address, shipping address, items ordered, order total, and fulfillment status.
• Newsletter signups: the email address you enter, plus the fact that you consented and when.
• Messages you send through our contact form: your name, email, order number (if provided), and the note itself.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and user agent, used for security, fraud prevention, and site reliability.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or nonessential tracking cookies on this site. We do not collect or store your payment card details — those go directly to our payment processor.

What stays in your browser

Your shopping bag and saved favorites live in your browser’s local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data will remove them. A short-lived, secure session cookie is used only when a shop administrator signs in.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout. Your card number never touches our servers. Stripe’s own privacy notice applies to the information you provide during payment.

How we use your information

• To take, fulfill, and support your order.
• To answer your messages and provide customer service.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you have opted in. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe.
• To keep the shop secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with the service providers that help us operate the shop:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our shipping carriers — name, address, and package details needed to deliver your order.
• Our email and hosting providers — to send you order updates and to keep the site online.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we are legally required to (typically seven years for tax and accounting), and we keep contact messages and newsletter records for as long as they are useful for supporting you. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time, subject to those legal retention requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict how we use your personal information, and to withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, write to us through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before we act. Nothing in this notice limits any statutory consumer rights you have under your local law.

Children

Judibells is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Some of our accessories contain small parts and are not intended for young children.

Cookies

We use only the cookies that are strictly necessary to run the shop — for example, to keep an admin signed in. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes to this notice

If we make a meaningful change to this notice, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the shop for a reasonable period.
