Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.

Rates

• Standard shipping: a flat $5.95 per order.
• Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more (merchandise subtotal, before tax).

Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Processing time

We pack most orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your parcel is on its way, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we add the tracking number to your private order page. Keep the confirmation link from your order email to check tracking at any time.

Multiple parcels

A larger order may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel gets its own tracking so you can follow both.

Wrong address, missed deliveries, and delays

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the carrier returns a parcel to us because the address was undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply). If tracking appears stalled for more than 7 business days, or a delivery scan does not match what you received, get in touch using our contact form and we will help.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
