About these terms
These terms apply to your use of judibells.com (the "site") and to any order you place with Judibells ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. When you place an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Products, prices and availability
We do our best to show every product accurately, but small variations in color, texture, and finish can appear between the photograph and the item in your hand. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include the item price only; shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing or availability errors, or refuse or cancel an order (including after acceptance), if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we refund it in full.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Payment is taken through Stripe’s hosted checkout at the time you place your order. Order status is determined by the payment event we receive from Stripe — not by any browser redirect.
Shipping and delivery
See our shipping & delivery page for current destinations, rates, and timing. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your parcel to the address you provided.
Returns and refunds
See our returns & refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under your local law.
Your account and order links
Judibells does not require an account. Your order confirmation contains a private link you can use to check status; please keep it confidential. If you sign in as a shop administrator, keep your credentials private and log out of shared devices.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, scrape the shop at scale, submit fraudulent orders, or send abusive, unlawful, or misleading content through our forms.
Intellectual property
The Judibells name, logo, site design, and photography are ours. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission. Product names of third-party items are the property of their respective owners.
Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter using the form on the site. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time through the contact form.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judibells is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for anything that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its date always live on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
